TERMS OF SERVICE

• Pre-recorded and live online classes: there are no refunds for online courses once purchased - all sales are final 
• Goods: Refunds are available in some circumstances, such as a lost parcel or damaged goods. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of package to request a refund.

• Pre-recorded classes: You will be automatically emailed with a link to the recording
• Live classes: You will be automatically emailed with a link to the class landing page, including a zoom link for the scheduled live session. Recordings will be available for all live classes within 48 hours after the session has ended.
• Goods: Your items will be mailed to you within 7 business days

• Pre-recorded and live online classes: No returns are accepted for online courses once purchased - all sales are final
• Goods: Returns are available in some circumstances, such as the wrong item being sent, or damage in transit. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of package to request a return. 

• Pre-recorded and live online classes: Cancellations are not accepted for live online courses - all sales are final
• Goods: If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us to request a cancellation and refund. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
